Master provides information and management
tools on conditions and events history on the merchandise
located in cartons/bulks, pallets or container formats.
Namely: load assembly, sorting, receiving, shipping,
transport loading, inter/intra warehouse moves, storage.conditions.
It
provides physical identification and counting at storage
location levels. The information is made available
at different levels of detail, in real time, in query
format , report format or electronic spread sheets
adapted to each user's individual needs.
Product
Production (family, type of product,type
of packaging, etc.), batches, dates (manufacture,expiration),
cartons, pallets, containers, quantities (pieces,
weights, etc.), states, categories. Label printing.
Receiving
Programmed (receiving plan)
or unprogrammed, ASN order (electronically received),
product and quantity control, inspection and storage
conditions, proposed storage locations.Receiving reports
forwarded to sender and internet/intranet server.
Merchandise returns.
Inventory
Location (storage facility, sectors,racks, positions,
picking, staging, trucks, classes, states, restrictions)
merchandise moves between locations,inventories, physical
count, stock controls and re supply,reorganization,
proposed automatic stowage(following optimization
rules), discarded product destruction.
Shipping
Shipping and transit plans, states, quantities (intended
number of units to ship, units at facility, units
loaded) arranged by cargo/destination/product. Automated
processes and reports to comply with plans. Cargo
loading and checkout. Generation of cargo documents.
Departure notification to destination and to the
internet/intranet server.
